Romans 1:1-7 Martin Luther and John Wesley, two gigantic figures who change the history of civilization. Martin Luther changed the course of European History through the Protestant Reformation. John Wesley changed the course of England and American history through the Wesleyan Revival. What was the spark? Their study of the Epistle of Romans.

God is the foundation of all reality. God’s presence, grandeur, and majesty can be seen when we look up at the expanse of the universe or look within at the beautiful complexity of the human body.

Few things describe God better than God as the Giver. By contrast, few things describe humanity better than humanity as takers, as thieves. Only through our owns sins have we convinced ourselves it’s the opposite.
